Reporting and moderation
Reporting a review
A report button is attached to the bottom of each review. When reporting a review, select the reason for the report and be as specific as possible. Reporting a review does not automatically hide it. A moderator will review your report and determine if the review violates our standards.
Helpful votes
Any signed-in reader can mark a review helpful or unhelpful. This may help users determine greater sentiment surrounding a review.
Low confidence
A review that readers have marked unhelpful overwhelmingly may be marked as Low confidence and stops counting toward the instructor, school, or examiner's rating but stays visible, with a Low confidence label.
