Started with basic questions then threw out a super difficult simulated cross country flight plan. The ride was straightforward. He wants to go to a full stall. During the shutdown restart he wanted to wait and discuss all the reasons we may have shut down the engine. Easy enough but not a good time to have a chat. I passed no problem but he was not fun, not engaging, I learned nothing from him. Not a big fan.
